RABBI BARUCH HARRIS

Camp Director

Rabbi Baruch Harris, a musmach of Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim has been running Camp Yam Surf for the last ten years. He is the current High School Assistant Principal of Judaic Studies in Margolin Hebrew Academy in Memphis, TN where he resides with his wife and three children.

Rabbi Harris founded the camp with the mission to mesh the beauty of Torah with the splendor of the ocean; to take the energy of riding a wave and apply it to learning Gemara, thus transitioning the boys into the next zman in an elevated state.
